Kilkenny Castle Easter 2021 Competition

The promoter is the Office of Public Works (Heritage Ireland) whose registered office is at Jonathan Swift Street, Trim, Co. Meath, C15 NX36.
The competition is open to all aged 18 years or over except employees of the Office of Public Works (Heritage Ireland) and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are only available online from 12.00 noon on 1st April 2021 until 23.00 on 6th April 2021 at www.kilkennycastle.ie it will be promoted on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter by the organisers.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Closing date for entry will be 23.00 6th April 2021. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

The competition runs from 1st April 2021 at 12.00 noon until 6th April 2021 at 23.00 inclusive.
There will be one winner of 1st Prize, one winner of 2nd Prize and one winner of 3rd Prize.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prizes are as follows:
- 1st prize – €50 Book Voucher
- 2nd prize – €40 Book Voucher
- 3rd prize – €30 Book Voucher
The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The winners will be chosen by the promoter. The winners will be notified by email/ phone on 7th April 2021. If the winners cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 2 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winners when and where the prizes can be collected / delivered to.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Irish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
The winners agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
The winners names will be available 28 days after the closing date.
