Kilkenny Castle has an exciting ongoing programme of events for adults with diverse interests, needs and learning styles.

We are delighted to offer free Alzheimer / Dementia inclusive tours at Kilkenny Castle.

Our site facilitator, Kate, who is trained in the Azure methodology, organise several public sessions during the year.

These experiences are designed for people living with Alzheimer / Dementia and their family, friends & carers.

Through observation and conversation, visitors are invited to discover the period rooms of Kilkenny Castle in a friendly environment.

These public sessions are advertised on our social media and website.

Group sessions can also be booked by prior arrangements pending availability
