OPW Kilkenny Castle is delighted to continue our long association with Kilkenny Arts Festival and we are looking forward to a wonderful array of events at both The Parade Tower and Castle Park.
An exciting and varied Literature and Spoken Word programme will take place at the Parade Tower with lots of events to choose from over the course of the Festival.
We will once again host some of the pop-up concerts in the Castle Park as part of the Secret Gardens Series which happens across different venues of the city and county.
At night, the iconic walls of the Castle will play host to a spectacular free light show which will be visible from several points around the city but the best vantage point will be from the Rose Garden. This thrilling new projection show takes place from Wednesday 14 August – Saturday 17 August at 10:40pm.
