The first period string quartet to be selected as BBC New Generation Artists, the Consone Quartet – Agata Daraškaite violin, Magdalena Loth-Hill violin, Elitsa Bogdanova viola & George Ross cello – are fast making a name for themselves with their honest and expressive interpretations of classical and early romantic repertoire. They perform works by Joseph Haydn – String Quartet op. 71 no. 2, Carl Czerny – String Quartet in D minor, Franz Schubert String Quartet D.112
