Free Admission to Kilkenny Castle @ Kilkenny Castle

To celebrate Heritage Week, OPW-Kilkenny Castle is offering free admission on Saturday 13th August 2022.

Discover the ancestral home of the Butler Family with a free self-guided visit to the magnificent Victorian period rooms of Kilkenny Castle.

No advance booking required, tickets  will be available from our ticket desk from 9:15am. We will have an outdoor queue in operation. Last admission is 5pm.
